Brands and advertisers are welcome to design their own advertisements in full and submit completed digital projects for deployment and maintenance. These designs must be submitted according to our provided formatting and resolution guidelines, ensuring that they are optimized for print and placement on our physical ad spaces.

However, all QR Code designs and integration is handled exclusively by LOGO POP (PTY) LTD.

This is the central unit of the campaign and typically carries the main brand message and engagement hook. Decoy Spot: A replica of the Master spot, used to amplify visibility across multiple parking spaces. Decoy spots reuse the same design and QR Code to maintain consistency and reduce production costs. They do not include new designs or separate tracking, making them a cost-effective expansion of your campaign footprint.

To ensure high-quality printing, proper QR code integration, and smooth installation, all design submissions must meet the following specifications:

1. Ad Dimensions & Layout

  • Standard Size for Parking Bay Ads: A2 (420mm x 594mm)
  • Bleed Area: 5mm on all sides (Final file size: 430mm x 604mm)
  • Safe Zone: Keep all key elements (text, logos, QR area) at least 10mm from the edge.
  • Orientation: Landscape (unless otherwise instructed)
  • QR Code Placeholder: Leave a clear space of at least 60mm x 60mm in the lower-right or upper-left corner for QR code integration.

2. Design File Specifications

  • Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)
  • Colour Mode: CMYK (not RGB) for accurate print colours
  • File Format: PDF (Preferred) | High-resolution PNG, JPEG, or TIFF also accepted
  • Fonts: All text should be outlined or embedded to avoid font issues
  • Layers: If submitting open files (AI, PSD), please include all linked assets and fonts
  • Use Non-Destructing Layouts: Designs should not resemble road signage or symbols to avoid confusing drivers.

3. QR Code Integration

  • Do not generate your own QR Code.
  • QR code creation, testing, and tracking are exclusively handled by LOGO POP to ensure quality, security, and analytics.
  • Please include your landing page URL and brand logo separately for QR code setup.

  • No 3D designs (they can distort perspective from ground level)
  • Avoid cluttered or overly small text

Send all files via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or direct upload to our submission portal.

6. Safety Considerations for Drivers

At LOGO POP, safety is non-negotiable. All ad installations and design guidelines are created with driver and pedestrian safety in mind. The following rules apply to every campaign:

  • No Placement in Driving Lanes
    Ads are only installed between parking bays or in pre-approved, non-intrusive zones. We never place ads in actual driving paths or lanes to avoid distractions or interruptions in vehicle movement.
  • No Reflective Materials
